The Time Ball is a historically sensitive building. JetX the licensed operator of the VESS™ Restoration Cleaning System first did our initial test in 2000. JetX demonstrated our Restoration Techniques to Ian Bowman Architect and Conservator. It took till 2007 before JetX carried out this work; the Stonework was heavily mossed up and very dirty. JetX used the Moss Treatment then the Gentlest Cleaning Techniques so as to not disturb any of the Historic Fabric.
